Immediate opening: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Hillsdale County, Michigan. On a typical shift you will prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application 3+ years on the tools preferred.
