Immediate opening: we are hiring a production welder in Escambia County, Alabama. You will work at a steel fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • ITI in welder trade or equivalent Your main tasks: • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch 4+ years on the tools preferred.
