Sand plant operator wanted in Kankia

Immediate opening: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Kankia, Katsina State. Requirements: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection Day-to-day duties: • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities Six days a week, one day off.
