Ideal candidate: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel On the job you will handle: • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
