Brick mason wanted in Athens County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a brick mason in Athens County, Ohio. You will work on a new-build development. Requirements: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets The role involves: • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
