Gas service engineer — Gray County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas service engineer in Gray County, Kansas. The job is in a gas distribution network. Your main tasks: • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints You should have: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
