We are recruiting: we are hiring a production line helper in Adair County, Iowa. On a typical shift you will top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; follow the work instruction sheet for each station. You should have: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets Rotating shifts.
