Steel erection rigger — Hillsborough County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Hillsborough County, New Hampshire. You will be based at a power plant. The role involves: • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift Requirements: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Confident with standard crane hand signals Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
