Fry cook wanted in Wheeler County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Wheeler County, Texas. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen 3+ years on the tools preferred.
