You should have: • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) The role involves: • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
