Line cook wanted in Cheatham County

Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Cheatham County, Tennessee. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. You will prepare the mise en place before each service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
