Urgent requirement: grill cook (Idaho)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Idaho County, Idaho. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. Day to day you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 3+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
