Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium installer in Newton County, Texas. The job is at an ACP cladding fabricator. Requirements: • Familiar with ACP cladding and structural glazing • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections The role involves: • Load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish • Cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw • Anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners • Fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels • Fabricate and fit aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding • Crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine Full-time, day shift. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
