Requirements: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement Day-to-day duties: • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
