Oven operator — Mbaitoli Local Government Area

Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Mbaitoli Local Government Area, Imo State. The job is at a cake shop. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate On a typical shift you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Pay around ₦170,000 per month, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
