Immediate opening: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Parke County, Indiana. You will be based at a white goods manufacturing plant. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes You will run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; record output and downtime on the production sheet; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area. 6+ years on the tools preferred. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
