Fine-dining server wanted in Bay County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Bay County, Michigan. You will work at a beach resort. You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages The role involves: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
