Kitchen porter wanted in Republic County

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Republic County, Kansas. The job is in a catering unit. Day to day you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
