Now hiring: we are hiring a packing machine operator in Mecklenburg County, Virginia. You will work in a pharmaceutical packing unit. On a typical shift you will strap and band pallets ready for loading; wipe down and sanitise the line following hygiene rules; count units and confirm the correct quantity per carton; record production counts on the shift sheet; apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack; operate the filling and sealing machine on the line. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience on a packing or production line • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing • Attention to detail for date codes and labelling Rotating shifts.
