Car refinisher • Clay County, Tennessee

We are recruiting: we are hiring a car refinisher in Clay County, Tennessee. On a typical shift you will blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels. Requirements: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
