Vacancy available: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Yankwashi, Jigawa State. Day-to-day duties: • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit You should have: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles 5+ years on the tools preferred.
