Vacancy available: we are hiring a mosaic tiler in Madison Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a bathroom renovation job. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines Day-to-day duties: • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims • Apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
