Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Ouachita County, Arkansas. Your main tasks: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Part-time with flexible hours.
