Back-of-house cleaner — Nkanu West

Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Nkanu West, Enugu State. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
