Kitchen porter wanted in Abak

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Abak, Akwa Ibom State. The job is at a banquet hall. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts The role involves clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles.
