Immediate opening: we are hiring a waiter in Hinds County, Mississippi. You will work in a five-star hotel. Requirements: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change The role involves: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
