Ideal candidate: • Own a basic set of plumbing hand tools • Able to read basic plumbing drawings and layouts • ITI certificate in plumbing or fitter trade where applicable The role involves carry out pressure testing on newly laid pipe runs; lay soil and waste drainage lines to the correct fall; make connections to the mains water and sewer lines; cut, thread and join pipes with solvent cement or threaded connections; connect overhead and underground water tanks; solder copper pipe joints and fit compression couplings.
