Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Score the top of loaves before baking 1+ years on the tools preferred.
