Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks You will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off.
