Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot The role involves carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
