You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers On a typical shift you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
