Urgent requirement: rigging foreman (South Dakota)

Now hiring: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Edmunds County, South Dakota. You will work in a steel fabrication yard. On the job you will handle: • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift What we are looking for: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams Part-time with flexible hours.
