Urgent requirement: dough maker (California)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Siskiyou County, California. You will be based at a cake shop. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Your main tasks: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Score the top of loaves before baking • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Rotating shifts.
