The role involves lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; check back during the meal and handle special requests; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes. Requirements: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Full-time, day shift.
