Immediate opening: we are hiring a safety inspector in Pecos County, Texas. You will work in a chemical processing unit. On the job you will handle: • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits.
