Production welder — Dolores County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a production welder in Dolores County, Colorado. You will work in a heavy engineering unit. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes Day to day you will set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $25 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
