Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker The role involves: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter ₦110,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
