Now hiring: we are hiring a steward in White County, Indiana. You will be based at a banquet hall. The role involves: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Six days a week, one day off.
