Great opportunity: articulated lorry driver (Ohio)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an articulated lorry driver in Marion County, Ohio. You will work at a container freight yard. Day-to-day duties: • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
