Scaffolding erector wanted in Worcestershire

Now hiring: we are hiring a scaffolding erector in Worcestershire, England. You will work at a shipyard. The role involves hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts; read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class; plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform. What we are looking for: • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Able to read basic scaffold drawings 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
