Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Oruk Anam, Akwa Ibom State. The role involves: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker Six days a week, one day off.
