Now hiring: we are hiring an excavator operator in Howard County, Maryland. You will work at a landfill site. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination The role involves stockpile and spread material to the required levels; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles.
