Lift mechanic — Choctaw County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Choctaw County, Oklahoma. You will work in a machine room on the rooftop. You should have: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring Day-to-day duties: • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
