Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coater in Berkeley County, West Virginia. The role involves pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; degrease and clean metal parts before coating.
