Now hiring: we are hiring a car refinisher in Delaware County, Indiana. On a typical shift you will set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Good eye for colour matching and blending Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
