Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Jim Hogg County, Texas. You will work at a banquet hall. Day to day you will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
