Fabricator-welder • Baraga County, Michigan

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Baraga County, Michigan. You will work in a heavy engineering unit. The role involves read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness. What we are looking for: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
