Dish pit attendant • Ripley County, Indiana

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Ripley County, Indiana. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
