Fry cook — Otsego County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Otsego County, New York. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate You will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks.
