Canteen cook — City of Bristol

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in City of Bristol, England. You will work at a cloud kitchen. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Your main tasks: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service 3+ years on the tools preferred.
